HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

 

Please allow 3-7 days for processing of your order, after processing, allow between 15-21 days to receive your order. These times are (estimates) shipping may be longer or shorter depending on items, order size, or fulfillment warehouse location. Shipping method will usually be standard USPS Ground unless Express is selected additional fees apply. All confirmations, tracking numbers and any delays in shipping will be sent to you via email.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

​

Items must be returned and be in original state within 15 days of the date that you receive your item, unless otherwise stated  in the items description. Once we receive  your item please allow up to 14 days for refund to be issued in the form of a store credit. However in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or item is damaged please contact us immediately and you will be reimbursed for shipping the item back to us via your payment method or as store credit, whichever you choose. Shipping receipt must be emailed and confirmed. Once item is received by us you may have the option to replace or have store credit issued to you.

EXCLUSION: ALL DESIGNER items may only be returned if item is DEFECTIVE cannot be returned for sizing or if wrong item is picked. NOTE; Please remember to check sizing chart which is listed with most products, some clothing will have noted to pick one size up, meaning a size up from what you usually wear. Some show styles will often recommend half size up which will also be noted.

Please note the following items have a no return policy: Underwear. Panties, Bathing Suits, Body Jewelry (earrings) face mask, non-defective designer items and all products marked final sale. No exceptions.
